Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents in daily activities
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions with attention to detail
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
• Ability to stand, lift, and move patients safely
• Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Attention to detail in documenting patient information
• Basic computer skills for electronic charting
• Teamwork and collaboration in a healthcare setting
