Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes promptly
• Collaborate with registered nurses and the care team to ensure quality outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and management
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Wound care and basic nursing procedures
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Compassionate and empathetic patient communication
