Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a dynamic L&D/Postpartum unit
• Perform fetal monitoring and interpret results using FetalLink and Cerner
• Circulate during C-sections and assist with deliveries
• Support postpartum recovery and newborn care
• Float to NICU to care for grower/feeders as needed
• Collaborate with OB techs and a supportive care team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of L&D experience required
• Active RN license in California or compact state
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWOHNN) certification
• Travel contract experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in Cerner EMR
• Experience with FetalLink fetal monitoring system
• Strong understanding of AWOHNN guidelines
• Ability to float between L&D, Postpartum, and NICU
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
