Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and preventive services
• Educate patients on oral health and hygiene best practices
• Work efficiently within 30-minute appointment slots
• Collaborate with the dental assistant and dentist for a smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and sterilized according to protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment
• Prior dental hygiene experience is a plus, new graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical dental hygiene skills
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
