Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to children and their families
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care
• Maintain a safe and healing environment for all patients

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri (or compact eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Previous experience in pediatrics or a hospital setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques
• Ability to develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate approach to patient and family care
