Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate physical therapy services to pediatric patients
• Evaluate patient abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab specialists
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working in a per diem, flexible capacity
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric developmental and rehabilitation principles
• Skill in gait training, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy
• Ability to use electronic health records for documentation
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving
• Patient-centered, family-focused approach to care
