Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy interventions following the PT plan of care
- Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs to support long-term success
- Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Mississippi state PTA license (or ability to obtain one before start)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy interventions under licensed PT supervision
- Treatment plan implementation and modification
- Clinical documentation and patient progress tracking
- Patient education and home exercise instruction
- Safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and clear communication
