Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions that make a real difference in patients' recovery
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment to guide care decisions
• Empower patients through education and home exercise programs
• Keep supervising PTs informed with clear, timely communication
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards to protect patients and team

Qualifications

• You hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• An active state PTA license is in hand or you can obtain one quickly
• You're confident following treatment plans and love collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in physical therapy assistance and patient education
• Knowledgeable in compliance and infection control standards
• Adept at home exercise program instruction and documentation
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration
