Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, family-centered care
• Document patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed
• Educate families on communication strategies and home exercise programs
• Participate in patient care conferences and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current Oregon State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
• Proficiency in evaluating and treating swallowing disorders
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records
