Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dental hygiene care, including cleanings and prophylaxis
• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and document patient histories
• Take and develop dental x-rays while ensuring patient comfort
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as directed
• Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a clean, sterile environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Strong attention to detail and patient-centered mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new practice environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
• Skill in taking dental x-rays and digital imaging
• Ability to provide engaging patient education
• Team-oriented with a positive, flexible attitude
