Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and thorough dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on best practices for oral health
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Support the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth workflow
• Maintain a sterile and organized environment to keep patients safe
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or eligible to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong infection control practices

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control
• Proficiency with digital radiography and dental software
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy and periodontal disease
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment
