Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for orthodontic procedures with a friendly and reassuring approach
- Assist the orthodontist with braces adjustments, aligner fittings, and other treatments
- Take and develop dental x-rays to support accurate diagnoses
- Provide patients with clear instructions on oral hygiene and care after procedures
- Sterilize and organize instruments to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
- Document patient information accurately using Denticon software
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid orthodontic certification
- Dental assistant certification or equivalent training (preferred)
- Experience working in an orthodontic practice is a plus
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- CPR certification (a plus)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic instruments, materials, and procedures
- Familiarity with dental software such as Denticon
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental environment
- Empathy and patience when working with patients
