Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, and holidays; 16-hour day shifts available; minimal RTO

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Float seamlessly to PCU and IMCU floors caring for cardiac patients including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and C/P cases
Manage cardiac drips like Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors with precision and confidence
Monitor telemetry beds for lower acuity patients ensuring every shift makes a difference
Collaborate with dynamic teams to deliver exceptional patient care across the unit

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of PCU experience in a similar sized facility
Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
Ready to float and adapt to cardiac-focused patient populations

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in PCU nursing and float pool operations
Strong cardiac care including drips and telemetry monitoring
Comfortable with 1:3-4 patient ratios in high-acuity settings
