Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in the fast-paced Emergency Room following ANA standards
Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs quickly and accurately
Develop and implement personalized care plans that make a real difference
Execute critical interventions with confidence and precision
Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments to ensure optimal outcomes
Assist with patient lifting, transfers, and transport to keep everyone safe and moving

Qualifications

Active RI RN licensure
Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification
Emergency Medicine experience
EPIC proficiency
English proficiency
Ability to assist with patient lifting, transfers, and transport

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Emergency Room nursing
Skilled in patient assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation
Proficient with EPIC EMR system
Strong understanding of emergency medicine protocols
