Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion, ensuring top-notch care for our tiniest patients
- Oversee daily operations and mentor fellow nurses to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Coordinate patient care plans that make a real difference in families' lives
- Step up as charge nurse to handle high-impact situations smoothly and effectively
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- NICU experience with proven leadership skills
- BLS certification
- DCI/BVP certification
Education
- RN degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong NICU clinical expertise
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and decision-making under pressure
