Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with families following ANA Standards
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs
Develop personalized care plans that make a real difference
Implement interventions with skill and empathy
Evaluate outcomes to ensure top-notch recovery experiences

Qualifications

Post Partum experience that showcases your expertise
Active RI RN licensure
Proficiency in EPIC for seamless documentation
Current BLS and NRP certifications
English proficiency for clear communication
Commitment to all specialty-specific certifications

Education

RN licensure with relevant nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Post Partum nursing
Patient-centered care approaches
Adherence to ANA Standards
EPIC system navigation
Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
