Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to patients in the high-stakes Emergency Department
- Quickly assess and stabilize urgent cases with skill and compassion
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide life-saving interventions
- Triage patients efficiently ensuring the most critical receive immediate attention
- Educate patients and families during stressful moments with clarity and empathy
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania via Nursys
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the Emergency Department
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- NRP and DCI/BVP preferred for well-rounded expertise
Education
- RN degree from an accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency triage and rapid response
- Proficiency in ACLS protocols and pediatric emergencies with PALS
- Strong clinical judgment in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with Prime Core Competencies and specialty exams
