Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with families
- Conduct thorough assessments to guide care
- Develop thoughtful care plans tailored to each patient
- Implement interventions with compassion and precision
- Evaluate outcomes to ensure the highest standards of care
Qualifications
- Active RI RN licensure
- BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications
- 2+ years LDR or Antepartum experience
- Fetal monitoring experience (C-EFM preferred)
- English proficiency
