Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care to neuro ICU and IMCU patients making a real difference in critical moments
Monitor and assess patients with precision in a dynamic 1-2 or 3-4 ratio environment
Float seamlessly between ICU and stepdown units to maximize your impact
Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide top-tier neurological care
Champion patient safety and recovery through your strong neuro expertise

Qualifications

Active RN license with Nursys verification
Minimum 2 years experience in neuro ICU or IMCU specialty
Strong neuro experience highlighted on your profile
Completed skills checklist and certification card
Recent work history with no gaps over 60 days and solid references

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ICU and stepdown patient care
Proficiency in neuro-specific assessments and interventions
Strong critical thinking for high-acuity environments
Adaptability to varying nurse-to-patient ratios
