Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental X-rays, impressions, and photographs as needed
• Provide a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting in Denticon
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care

Qualifications

• Valid dental assistant certification or state registration
• X-ray certification and experience
• Prior orthodontic assisting experience preferred
• Familiarity with Denticon or other dental software
• A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic assisting techniques
• Dental terminology and procedures
• Denticon software proficiency
• Infection control and sterilization standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
