Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and scaling
• Educate patients on best practices for oral health and preventive care
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Work efficiently with the support of a dental assistant to maximize patient care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Experience in a dental office setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
• Proficiency with dental software and charting systems
• Attention to detail and adherence to infection control protocols
