Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and thorough dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Partner with dentists to create individualized treatment plans
• Maintain a sterile, safe, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in dental hygiene care (new grads welcome too)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of dental anatomy and periodontal disease
• Proficient in dental software and digital imaging
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team
