Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during exams and procedures with a gentle touch
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to keep everything sparkling clean
• Take dental x-rays while keeping little patients calm and comfortable
• Educate kids and parents on fun oral hygiene habits
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front desk duties when needed

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent certification
• Current CPR certification
• Radiology/x-ray certification preferred but we’re happy to train
• Experience working with children is a big plus
• Great communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and terminology
• Skilled in using dental software and digital x-ray systems
• Ability to create a positive, fear-free environment for kids
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
