Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Prepare patients for treatment and take dental images with care and precision
• Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment to keep the office efficient
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care to promote healthy smiles
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes with attention to detail
• Support lab duties and assist with orthodontic appliance fabrication as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Orthodontic Certification (required)
• Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred
• Comfortable working with dental software (e.g., Denticon)
• A passion for helping patients achieve confident smiles

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and instruments
• Proficiency with dental software and record-keeping
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
