Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy to keep patients' smiles healthy
• Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Collaborate with the dentist to provide comprehensive care during treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments for each appointment
• Ensure a comfortable and relaxed experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of dental hygiene techniques and tools
• Expert patient education and motivational interviewing
• Meticulous attention to detail and infection control
• Teamwork and collaboration with dental assistants and dentists
