Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze clinical laboratory tests with precision and accuracy
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable results
• Follow strict safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff
• Document test results accurately and communicate critical values to healthcare providers
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities to uphold lab standards
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support timely diagnosis and treatment

Qualifications

• Valid ASCP MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) certification required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety standards, and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Effective communication skills with healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in laboratory information systems and data recording
