Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency laboratory tests on patient specimens
• Operate and maintain lab analyzers and equipment
• Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure accurate labeling
• Follow quality control and safety procedures to ensure reliable results
• Document results accurately in the laboratory information system
• Collaborate with lab team members and clinicians to support patient care

Qualifications

• Current MLT (Medical Lab Technician) certification or equivalent
• Previous clinical laboratory experience is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of laboratory testing protocols and safety standards
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication with healthcare professionals
• Skill in specimen collection, handling, and processing
