Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to outpatients of all ages
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Alaska (or willingness to obtain upon acceptance)
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical nursing skills in assessment, medication administration, and patient education
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EMR) systems
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations
