Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a cardiac population in a 28-bed PCU/IMCU unit
• Manage cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and pressors
• Monitor telemetry and respond to STEMI, NSTEMI, and CTS patients
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3-4 to ensure quality care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience in a similar-sized facility
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Documented PCU experience in work history

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in cardiac care including drips and dysrhythmias
• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Knowledge of STEMI, NSTEMI, and cardiac surgery recovery
