Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate resident care in a skilled nursing facility
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care strategies as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maine (or compact state) required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Previous charge nurse or management experience preferred
- BLS certification from AHA required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in geriatric nursing and chronic disease management
- Ability to mentor and motivate nursing team members
- Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
- Sound clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
