Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, days vary including weekends
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and assess changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
- Document accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Educate residents and families on health management and wellness
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Maine (or compact state eligible for endorsement)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing or registered nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in EHR systems
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
