Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and assess changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
• Document accurately and timely in electronic health records
• Educate residents and families on health management and wellness

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maine (or compact state eligible for endorsement)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing or registered nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in EHR systems
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
