Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and promote resident independence
• Document care accurately and maintain resident records
• Collaborate with nurses and other staff to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in North Carolina
• Current CPR certification (BLS)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs and work environments

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
• Skill in using electronic health records
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
