Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Oversee daily unit operations, including staffing and resource allocation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate ongoing education for staff

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maine or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively
• Compassionate approach to resident and family interactions
