Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments per policy
• Assess and manage pain using appropriate techniques
• Develop and revise plan of care based on patient response
• Administer medications safely following the five rights
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans
• Provide age-appropriate care and maintain a safe environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Document care thoroughly according to standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of L&D experience required
• Postpartum and nursery experience required
• Active Ohio RN license
• ACLS (AHA) certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• NRP certification required
• BSN degree preferred

• BSN degree preferred
