Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a Level 1 trauma center
• Manage both adult and pediatric emergencies with skill and compassion
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions
• Triage, assess, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during high-pressure situations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric ED experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC and ENPC certifications highly preferred
• Experience in a large facility or Level 1 trauma center preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in emergency nursing and trauma care
• Solid understanding of adult and pediatric patient care
• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
