Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a Level 1 trauma center
- Manage both adult and pediatric emergencies with skill and compassion
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions
- Triage, assess, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric ED experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ENPC certifications highly preferred
- Experience in a large facility or Level 1 trauma center preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency nursing and trauma care
- Solid understanding of adult and pediatric patient care
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
