Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Perform imaging exams in ED, inpatient, OR, and portable settings
• Evaluate images for technical quality and ensure accurate patient positioning
• Work with and mentor radiology students, including performing competency check-offs
• Float to different departments as needed to support patient care
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment, including mask fit requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large bed level 2 trauma facility
• BLS certification and ARRT required
• Graduate from a JRCERT/ARRT approved radiography program
• Comfortable working with pediatric and neonatal patients
• Willing to learn new equipment and adapt to fast-paced trauma environment

Education

• Graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in EPIC and Sectra EMR systems
• Experience with GE, Phillips, and CareStream imaging equipment
• Strong image evaluation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent patient communication and professionalism
