Shift Type: Rotating weekly schedule: Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2 Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Shift hours 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with a 30-minute meal break.

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility needs
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support residents during meals and ensure proper hydration and nutrition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and families
• Build meaningful relationships and promote residents' dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Current LNA license/certification in New Hampshire or Vermont
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required
• Newly licensed LNAs are welcome to apply
• Ability to work alternating weekly schedules including weekends
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care best practices and safety protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and patient approach to care
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident privacy rights
• Basic documentation and computer skills
