Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care by performing thorough cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on best practices for maintaining a healthy smile
• Take and analyze dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide a seamless patient experience
• Uphold strict sterilization and safety protocols to ensure a comfortable environment
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in Virginia (or willingness to obtain)
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Strong attention to detail and clinical excellence
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene techniques and instrumentation
• Knowledge of dental radiography and digital imaging systems
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Strong patient education and motivational skills
