Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures
• Document patient vitals and progress accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Active California RN license (or compact license)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ICU nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Advanced knowledge of critical care protocols and equipment
• Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring
• Understanding of medication administration and dosage calculations
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Empathy and compassion for patients and families
