Roles & Responsibilities

• Make a real difference in patients' lives every shift
• Deliver hands-on care with compassion and dignity
• Keep patients safe, comfortable, and smiling
• Team up with nurses and doctors to provide top-notch care
• Assist with daily activities, vital signs, and patient needs

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in California - if you have it, you're golden
• BLS/CPR certification is a must
• Previous CNA experience is a plus, but new grads with heart are welcome
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical know-how from ADLs to vital signs
• Solid understanding of infection control and safety
• Ability to stay calm and organized in busy moments
• A big heart and a sense of humor
