Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists with patient care and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Operate the GBT machine for advanced biofilm therapy
• Manage two treatment columns efficiently to ensure smooth patient flow
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the dental team

Qualifications

• State dental assisting certification or ability to obtain one
• CPR certification
• Experience as a dental assistant or hygiene assistant
• Familiarity with GBT machine and multi-column patient management
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple patients
• Skill in using GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) equipment
• Understanding of dental terminology and procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Compassionate patient interaction
