Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and procedures
• Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment to the highest standards
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes

Qualifications

• Valid Orthodontic Assistant certification is required
• Experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred
• Strong patient care skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• CPR certification is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and materials
• Proficiency in dental software and patient management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to infection control and sterilization protocols
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
