Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment to the highest standards
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Qualifications
- Valid Orthodontic Assistant certification is required
- Experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred
- Strong patient care skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and materials
- Proficiency in dental software and patient management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to infection control and sterilization protocols
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
