Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal treatments to help patients achieve optimal oral health
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Document patient medical histories and treatment records accurately
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Administer local anesthesia and apply fluoride treatments as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth patient flow
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, compliant treatment environment

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
• Experience in a clinical dental setting is a plus

• Strong clinical dental hygiene skills

• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
