Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, reporting changes or concerns promptly to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to hospital policies and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures for overall wellness.
• Offer emotional support and advocate for patients' rights, ensuring compassionate and respectful care.
• Comply with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and ethical environment.
• Stay updated on medical advancements through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
• At least some nursing experience required; New Grads are not currently being considered.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Willingness to relocate to New Hampshire (serious inquiries only).
