Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver life-saving interventions
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- DCI/BVP certification preferred
- Strong critical care experience in ICU settings
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Proficiency with ICU equipment and technology
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
