Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality preventive dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform periodontal assessments and tailor treatment plans to each patient's needs
• Provide gentle scaling, root planing, and polishing procedures while ensuring patient comfort
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
• Work collaboratively with dental assistants and the clinical team to create a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold rigorous infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Strong commitment to exceptional patient care and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
