Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Take and interpret dental radiographs to aid in diagnosis
• Document patient care and medical histories with accuracy
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene and preventive care
• Support the dentist during procedures and treatment planning
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Genuine passion for patient care and education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem hours

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency with dental software and record keeping
• Strong attention to detail and infection control protocols
• Excellent patient education and chairside communication skills
• Team collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
