Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings to promote optimal oral health
- Assess patients' oral health conditions and document findings accurately
- Take and develop dental X-rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
- Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments in compliance with infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient-first attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Commitment to maintaining strict infection control protocols
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and radiography
- Understanding of dental anatomy, periodontology, and oral pathology
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control regulations
- Strong organizational and patient education skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with dentists and dental assistants
