Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings to help patients achieve optimal oral health
• Assess patients' oral health and document any concerns for the dentist
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and overall oral hygiene
• Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants as needed
• Maintain a sterile, organized and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygiene license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills and a warm chairside manner
• Strong attention to detail and clinical proficiency
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care
• Proficiency with dental X-ray equipment and digital charting
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
• Great organizational and time-management abilities
