Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Take and process dental x-rays with precision
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient flow
• Adhere to strict sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Experience with dental software is a plus
• New graduates are welcome to apply!

Education

• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Active PA Dental Hygienist license

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Skilled in patient education and preventive care
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
